Hundreds gathered outside the German chancellery in Berlin, on Friday, as Western defense ministers failed to reach an agreement to send Western tanks to Ukraine. Protesters chanted ‘free the Leopard now’ and ‘Leopard tanks for Ukraine’ in reference to Leopard 2 tanks requested by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. During the protest, a meeting of Western defense ministers concluded at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, with the talks failing to reach an agreement to send the tanks to Ukraine.
